Accurate measurements ensure an impeccable fit. Using a soft tape measure, follow the steps below. Take your time—precision matters more than speed. Our tailoring team will refine these measurements to craft your garment.
1. Shoulder Width
Stand naturally with shoulders relaxed. Measure horizontally across the back from the outer edge of one shoulder bone to the other. Keep the tape level and comfortable—do not pull tight.
2. Chest Circumference
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits. Keep it parallel to the floor and maintain normal posture. Measure at rest—do not expand your chest.
3. Natural Waist
Locate your natural waist at the narrowest point of your torso (typically where your body creases when bending sideways). Measure horizontally around this point with the tape snug but not compressing.
4. Jacket Length
Stand straight with arms relaxed. Measure vertically from the base of the neck (C7 vertebra) down the spine to your natural waist. This determines the jacket's finished length.
5. Sleeve Length
With arm relaxed at your side and elbow slightly bent, measure from the center back of the neck, over the shoulder point, down the outside of the arm to the wrist bone.
