Exchange Policy

We offer a 30 day (from delivery date) hassle-free exchange guarantee. Please let us know which style/size you are switching to.

  • Exchanges will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving the package.

  • Please keep the package intact and ensure that the product has no traces of use.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping and additional costs for returns.

  • We will handle the replacement procedure for the customer after receiving the returned package. 

Returns

Ceehuteey.com stands behind all our products and strives to make sure that our clients are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days (Include return shipping time) of receiving it.
Returns need to meet the following conditions:
  • The returned package needs to be sent out within 7 days after receiving the package.

  • The returned product is brand new with no traces of use.

  • When ceehuteey.com has received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email that the item has become our property. Ceehuteey.com reserves the right to determine the condition of returned products. We will contact you as soon as possible once we confirm approval or denial of your refund request. If your refund has been approved, we'll process the request and issue a full refund within 7 business days. When the product has traces of use and cannot be resold, the order cannot be refunded.

  • Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges and additional charges (including customs duties) associated with returns or refunds.

**Important note: Customized items and custom tailored suits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

**Important note:  Orders for multiple products are not eligible for returns

Refund

      Refunds need to meet the following conditions:

  • The customer returns the package, we receive the package and confirm that the product has no traces of use and can be sold again, and we will refund the customer.

  • The product received by the customer is not the same product as in the order, we accept a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

  • If some products are missing from the package, we will refund the missing products.

  • If you wish to make a return or request a refund, you should go the write to us at ceehuteey@gmail.com and we will give clear instructions as to how to proceed with your return.
